Established in 2008, Teambuild Land has built a solid reputation for their private residential projects, and seeks to expand their horizons with bigger projects moving forward.

Teambuild Land has successfully launched 21 projects and completed 15 to date, with their portfolio compassing both landed properties and high-rise apartments, including Ecoville, Carelia Vista, Mosella, and Suits@Newton.

In 2009, an accompanying Construction division, Heptacon Construction, was set up to undertake in-house construction for their development projects. Building on the best existing practices and taking hold of the vast potential of the future, Teambuild Land is continually engaged in the relentless pursuit for excellence and growth, where the limits of development remain boundless.
